We had a service tech come to look at our washing machine at our rental property. He helped educate our tenant about the washing machine drain filter, drain, and cleaning. Additionally did a very through check of the washing machine. He was very professional and friendly during the phone call to update me on the status of the machine. We will definitley use Masterminds of Appliances in the future!

Technician resolve our problem. The company is very good at handling customers. I'm very impressed how James handle and explain about the process of the repair. Over all this company is RECOMMENDED!

My tech person is great! James came in and repaired my washing machine stayed till the first load was almost done to make sure my machine was working properly!

Our tech James could not have been more efficient and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our fridge quickly and expertly (it was a major problem- it suddenly started shooting out water and ice and wouldn’t stop!). He also took the time to explain how some features worked that frankly I just didn’t figure out on my own. Professional work done with superb service.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the tech (James) today. He was very thorough with his investigation of the source of the problem with my w/d unit. He was very explanatory of the issue and assured me that him and the company would get everything resolved. James was also very professional during his visit and I noticed him cleaning up the area behind the unit (Which I had never seen before and was unable to access) before he left. Awesome job James.
